Usage instructions

  1. Please read instruction manual carefully before using fitness tracker. To avoid unnecessary distress, please use fitness tracker correctly according to instruction manual.
  2. This manual is based on default setting of fitness tracker.
  3. All performance is subject to actual performance.

Warning

  1. IP67 waterproof is limited to normal activities in the daily life (Conditional restrictions: Normal temperature water, 1 meter deep, 20 minutes,Does not support using under hot baths, saunas, spas).
  2. Keep fitness tracker away from fire and avoid high temperature.
  3. Do not disassemble fitness tracker without professional guidance.

Defects range

  1. Can’t power on.
  2. Can’t charge.
  3. Pages not complete.
  4. Functions can’t work based on correct operating.
  5. Appearance defects.
    Warranty 1 year, except human defects.

Start using

Power on and charging

  1. For the first time using, please charge the bracelet to turn it on;
  2. Fitness tracker has USB charging jack, hold shell part and grasp strap, then remove strap, and insert USB port of shell part into power adapter for charging. Please make sure band blinking battery page.

Ps

  1. The screen will be off while charging,touch the key to light up the screen.
  2. When power use out, fitness tracker screen will blink with battery icon at intervals of 3-5 seconds while charging. This is a normal phenomenon. After 5-10 minutes, the battery icon will continue to be displayed automatically.

Operation gesture

  1. Light up the screen
    1.1. Raise your wrist and maintain horizontal status to light up the screen.
    1.2. Click the button to light up the screen.

  1. Function interface
    2.1. Click the button once: Switch the bracelet’s function interface.
    2.2. Press and hold the touch button for 2 seconds: enter the sub-interface function to view the data, long press to exit the sub-interface.
  2. Sports mode
    3.1. Click the buton to select the sport type and long press to start tracking.
    3.2. During exercise, long press to pause motion monitoring. When paused, click the button to start the motion, and long press to end the motion.

APP
Get the “Fitpolo” APP from APP Store or Google Play.


Pairing bracelet
Open the APP pairing interface, the APP automatically starts searching for the bracelet, click the upper right icon and refresh , APP will search again:

  1. When you find a new bracelet, click on the bracelet you want to pair and start pairing.
  2. Enter the pairing code to search for the bracelet; (click to select the “More” on the bracelet function list, long press to view the pairing code)
  3. if APP can’t find the bracelet or the pairing fails, please restart the Bluetooth or phone and re-pair;

*Note: After pairing successfully, the bracelet will automatically synchronize the time


Function Description

Time

1.Fitness tracker will automatically synchronize the mobile phone time when connect succeed with APP.
2.Change Time format : Click “Device”—“Time Format”.
3.Change Unit format : Click “Device”—“Unit Format”.
4.Change Date format : Click “Device”—“Date Format”.
5.Change Screen display: Click “Device”—“Watch face settings”.

Screen display

In the “Device” interface of the APP, click “Screen display” to set the sorting and hiding functions of the bracelet function list.
Android: Click on the hidden icon on the left to hide the feature. Press and hold the right icon to drag the function to sort.
IOS: Press and hold the right icon to drag or drop to sort or hide.
Keep las screen: After opening, click the wake-up screen to display the last stop interface; after closing, click the wake-up screen to display the time interface.

Activity

Select “Activity” in the function list, long press to view the activity data of the day (steps, calories, mileage, duration of activity, heart rate monitoring, duration of breathing training)

In the APP “Status” interface, click on the step card to enter the activity data.

Sports

1.Click to select the type of exercise mode (walking, running, cycling, basketball, football, yoga, skipping, climbing)

3.Long press to start recording exercise data.

4.Click on the sports card to enter the view of the sports data.

Stop watch

  1. Select “Stopwatch” in the function list, long press to enter.
  2. Stopwatch interface, click start/pause timing, long press to exit the stopwatch function.

Timer

  1. Select “Timer” in the function list, long press to enter.
  2. Timer interface,In the timer setting interface,click to set timer duration,long press to switch and set the next timer duration,after the settinng,long press to exit the Timer function.

Heart rate

  1. Select “Heart Rate” in the function list, long press to start monitoring your heart rate.

In the APP “Status” interface, click on the “Heart rate” card to enter the activity data.

Breath

  1. Select “Breath” in the function list, long press to start breathing training.

Sleep

  1. Select “sleep” in the function list, long press to check the sleep details;

In the APP “Status” interface, click on the “Sleep” card to enter the activity data.

More

Select “More” in the function list, long press to enter; click to switch function;

1.Alarm
Long press to turn on/off the bracelet alarm.

2.Not Disturb
Long press to turn on/off the bracelet do not disturb mode.

3.Find Wristband
Under connected state, long press and you can find the phone.

4.Brightness
Long press to switch the brightness of screen

5.Power Off
Long press to power off the phone.

6.Reset
Long press the bracelet to restore the factory settings.

7.Pairing code
Pairing code of the bracelet, APP can identify the bracelet and pair it by the pairing code.

Call

  1. Turn on the bracelet call alert function in the APP: “Device” – “Message remind”. When the mobile phone has an incoming call, the bracelet will vibrate to remind after 3 seconds.

  1. Long press the bracelet to hang up the phone.

Notifications

Turn on / off notification reminder function in APP : “Device” – “Message remind”

Reach Goal

1.Click on the “My” – “Target”, you can set your daily number of steps, APP step page will show your activity progress.

When the goal is reached, the bracelet will vibrate to remind;

Sedentary reminder

1.Turn on/off sedentary reminder : “Device” -“Advise to sport”, set the reminder time period.

2.Open sedentary reminder, fitness tracker will automatically monitor, when you sit for a long time, fitness tracker will vibrate for reminder.

Low power reminder

1.When the power is less than 20%, fitness tracker will shock to remind and display the current power, then please charge in time.
2.When the power is less than 0%, fitness tracker will vibrate and shutdown.

Find bracelet

Click “Device” of APP- “find bracelet”, the fitness tracker will be issued to help you find the fitness tracker.

Shake Screen-On

Click “Device” – “Shake Screen-On”, you can turn on / off as you like.

Alarm alert

3.1 APP can be set up to 8 alarm reminders, Click “Device” – “Alarm”, edit the alarm clock time, type, repeat cycle, save and sync to complete the alarm settings.

3.2 When time is up, fitness tracker will vibrate to remind, hold down the touch button for 3 seconds, you can turn off the alarm clock .

3.3 Support offline alarm vibration reminder.

Fitness tracker firmware upgrade

1.When fitness tracker and APP connected, if there is a new firmware, fitness tracker will automatically enter the upgrading page. make sure the fitness tracker nearby phone during upgrade process, do not move fitness tracker or mobile phone, after upgrade is complete, APP will automatically reconnect.

2.When the automatic update fails, please ensure that fitness tracker and APP normal connection, click the APP “Device” – “Device information”, in this page,User can manually click to update the firmware.

Feedback problem

If you encounter any problems, you can click “Device” – Feedback “ will and describe the situation and send to us, we will follow up and give solution.

Delete

1.Click “Device” – “Device information” -“Delete” , the phone will be disconnect with the fitness tracker.

2.If the connected equipment is Iphone ,please open the “Settings” – “Bluetooth” find the fitness tracker Bluetooth name, click “!” Icon to ignore the device,after operation is completed, the phone will be unbind with the hand ring.

Q:Install App
Get the “Fitpolo” APP from APP Store or Google Play.

Q:Fitness tracker connect with App
A:Open the APP pairing interface, the APP automatically starts searching for the bracelet, click the upper right icon and refresh , APP will search again:

Q:Fitness tracker can not connect with mobile phone
A:1.Make sure fitness tracker has not connected with other mobile phone
2.Make sure fitness tracker not power off
3.Make sure you have installed APP.

Q:Heart rate not accurate / not work
A:1.Make sure the fitness tracker is properly worn
2.Make sure the fitness tracker is not too loose, and keep close to your skin when wearing.

Q:How to set time date,alarm?
A:Click the “Deivce” of APP, and set according to your requests.

Q:Upgrading failed
A:1.Put fitness tracker nearby mobile phone, don’t move the tracker or mobile phone when upgrading.
2.Click “Device” – “Device information” Manually click to upgrade

Q:APP Sync failed
A:1.Make sure fitness tracker is properly connected to the phone
2.Put tracker close to mobile phone when synchronizing

Q:No data after sync.
A:1.Make sure fitness tracker is properly connected to the phone
2.Make sure the fitness tracker is properly worn

Q:Suddenly quit
A:1.Compatible: Android 4.3 & iOS8.3 or above
2.Please click “Help” – “Feedback” to describe the operation and send the log to us;

Q:No notifications reminder
A:1.Make sure fitness tracker is properly connected to the phone.
2.Make sure keep the APP running in the background when using.
3.Android mobile phone: When the fitness tracker is paired with mobile phone, open the notification permission, iPhone: make sure APP has the notification reminder function: “Device” – “Message remind”.

Q:No have sleep data, steps data and heart rate data
A:1.Make sure fitness tracker is properly connected to the phone
2.Click “Help”- “Feedback”, Send log to Fitpolo engineer mailbox to solve the problem, the engineer will reply to questions and solutions by mail straightly.

Q: After fitness tracker connect and synchronize with APP, datas stored on the bracelet are cleared.
A.Before using fitness tracker, please first synchronize with APP time, otherwise it may cause data loss.
