Start-up and Charging

  1. Please charge the watch and start it up before first use;
  2. The watch adopts magnetic charging mode. You can aim the charging contact at the charging port of bracelet for charging, and the watch will show the charging status.


  1. In order to ensure stable charging, the watch screen will be off when charging. You may press the key on the right side to wake it up.
  2. When the battery power is too low, it may need charging for 3 to 5 minutes before it can be woken up. This is normal. Please wait 5 minutes before checking the charging status of the watch.
  3. It is suggested that a charger with an output of less than or equal to 5V 1A be used for charging.

Binding a Watch

Download “Fitpolo” at stores such as Google Play, APP Store, Myapp, etc.

Open APP pairing interface, the APP will start searching the watch automatically. You can click the refresh icon in the upper right corner, and the APP will search again:

  1. When a new watch is found, click the target watch to start pairing;
  2. (Click “Settings” – “About” to view the pairing code);
  3. If no watch is found or pairing fails, please restart the Bluetooth or mobile phone and pair again.
    Note: After successful pairing, the watch will synchronize the time automatically.

Cleaning & Maintenance

The following 6 points are recommended for daily wear and maintenance:

  1. Keep the product clean;
  2. Keep the product dry;
  3. Do not wear the watch too tight;
  4. Do not clean your watch with household cleaners;
  5. Do not clean your watch with corrosive liquid;
  6. Alcohol is recommended when cleaning stains that are hard to remove.


  1. The watch is featured with IP68 waterproof grade (it can be used under normal temperature, under the water not exceeding 1.5 meters for no more than 30 minutes. It is not suitable for use in such environment or activities as hot shower, sauna, hot spring, diving, etc.);
  2. It is not resistant to seawater, acidic and alkaline solvents, chemical reagents and other corrosive liquid. Any damage or defect caused by misuse or improper use will not be covered by the warranty;
  3. Avoid wearing the watch too tight. Please keep your wrist dry;
  4. When testing the heart rate, please keep your arm still;
  5. Keep the watch away from fire or high temperature;
  6. Do not dismantle the watch without the guidance of professionals.

Scope of Defect

  1. Unable to boot up;
  2. Cannot charge the battery;
  3. The page is incomplete;
  4. It doesn’t function when following the correct operations;
  5. Appearance defect.

The product is provided with a warranty period of 1 year. Man-made malfunctions are not covered.

Safety and Product Information

Battery Warning:

  1. Do not disassemble, bore or damage the battery; do not disassemble the built-in battery for non-replaceable battery equipment;
  2. Do not take out the built-in battery of the product by sharp object.

Health Warning:

  1. If you are wearing a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, please consult your doctor before using the product to test your heart rate;
  2. The optical heart rate sensor of the watch will give off green light and flash. If you are sensitive to flashing light, please consult your doctor whether you can wear this product;
  3. Sensor is used to track your daily activities, which tells you about your daily activity, such as steps, sleep, and heart rate data, which may not be 100% accurate;
  4. The device’s heart rate sensor and other relevant data are designed for entertainment and fitness purposes. The data are for reference only, not intended for medical purposes, and shall not be applied for the diagnosis, monitoring, treatment or prevention of any disease or symptoms.

Cycling Warning:

  1. Always exercise good judgment and ride a bike in a safe manner;
  2. Make sure your bike and hardware are properly maintained and all parts are properly installed.
